Wayside Furniture & Mattress is the leading retailer of quality furniture, at everyday low prices, in Northeast Ohio. Our local warehouse, just minutes away from the showroom, offers white-glove delivery and free product pickup, as well as furniture parts and warranty services, and also features our service department.

Pickup at Warehouse:

• Furniture may be picked up at our warehouse Monday-Saturday from 8:30AM to 6:00PM and Sunday from 12:00PM to 5:00PM. PLEASE inspect the furniture before leaving.
• You are responsible for transportation to and from our warehouse for issues related to damage, missing parts, assembly, or warranty work.
• There is NO free in-home service on merchandise that has been picked up

Pickup Information:

• Wayside Furniture & Mattress does not include a “delivery fee” for every piece of furniture we sell. Picking up your furniture may save money, or it may simply be more convenient than making delivery arrangements.
• Things to keep in mind when picking up your furniture:
  • Our warehouse is spread out over four acres. Please allow a minimum of 20 minutes to pick up your furniture. (Calling ahead may save time).
  • We will kindly help load your purchase but cannot be held responsible for any damage incurred after leaving our premises. Please bring your own blankets and rope.
  • Furniture picked up at the warehouse may require assembly.
  • Many pieces are not in cartons, and items may require repairs and/or touch-ups. Wayside Furniture & Mattress WILL NOT open several boxes “hoping” to find a “better one”. In most cases, our professional craftsmen can address issues better than the factory, but it can take time and be frustrating.
  • You are responsible for transportation to and from the Wayside Furniture & Mattress warehouse for issues related to damage, missing parts, assembly, or warranty work.
