- Furniture may be picked up at our warehouse Monday-Friday 8:30am to 7pm, Saturday 8:30AM to 6:00PM or Sunday from 12:00PM to 6:00PM.
- PLEASE inspect furniture before leaving
- Wayside does not provide free in-home service on customer pick-ups.

This warranty is for the original purchaser, and we guarantee that our furniture is free of any defects in material and workmanship for a period of five years after the delivery to the purchaser under normal household use. We at Palettes will not repair or replace furniture that has been abused, neglected, exposed to extreme humidity or temperature, or altered, or that has received unauthorized repairs. Nor will we cover damages resulting from normal wear and
tear or accidents including scratches, burns, watermarks or indentations. To avoid damage due to excessive heat, never place directly on the surface anything that is too hot to hold in your hands. As well, when using a hot pad, make sure the entire dish
is covered.
